The four team processes.
In this week’s Zaccaro et al article the authors discuss four team processes (see Figure on page 458). Think of a time you worked on a particularly effective or ineffective team. Discuss 1) whether the leader of that team successfully implemented the three factors from the functional team leadership scale (this week’s self-assessment scale), and 2) whether this (lack of?) implementation helps to explain why that team either did or did not have the team processes necessary for effective performance. Please address at least two of the four processes. What does this analysis suggest to you about the effective leadership of teams? Remember that this is an academic assignment.
