Netflix has demarked itself as the leading streaming platform in the world. Describe the Leadership culture, values and strategies that Netflix employs. Describe how the different components that sets a leader (Integrity, Humility, Courage, Transcendence, Collaboration, Humanity, Temperance, Drive, Accountability and Judgement) applies in Netflix. Balance a synthesis between facts referred from articles, books, videos, and personal deduction and analysis. Reflect on how the leaders inside netflix, are paramount for building a solid ompetitive and healthy organizationnal culture. How’s the inner game (charachter), affecting the outer game (competencies). Give examples of CEOs, cases where they displayed great leadership and give some situations.
