The purpose of this program is to process a sequence of pointsin a Cartesian coordinate system and determine for each pointwhether it lies inside or outside of a forbidden region. Theprogram begins by reading in the definition of the forbiddenregion which is defined by a sequence of points defining thevertices of a polygon region. For example the figure below depictsa forbidden region described by 7 points.
