The Role of the Nurse Leader.
This week’s focus is the nurse leader’s role in your chosen project. ( The chosen project is Child Abuse in Nursing) Consider the nurse leader role at each stage of your chosen project. Stage of chosen project: Resources needed for your project, including supplies, equipment, people Detailed timeframe for implementation of your project (ie. Days, months, year, etc) Data collection mechanisms (How will you get your data?) Discuss both change and nursing leadership theories to ensure success of your plan Determine actions the nurse leader (you) need to take to ensure the success of your project.
