Explain in detail how the census affects the 3 levels of government (Federal, State, Local) financially, politically, etc. State level can include how the census could affect all states alike but make sure to focus on explaining how the census affects Texas specifically. Local government like wise except explain specifically how census affects Bryan/College Station/Brazos County. There needs to be information on how the next census in 2020 will affect Brazos county.
