The student must Include basic factual information regarding the disease such as where it originated, causes, symptoms, treatments, and so forth. The student may include any details about the disease they wish to. Pictures are welcomed but will not count for any text space. The five paragraphs should be broken down in the following manner: Paragraph 1- Introduction Paragraph 2- Origination/other details- in-text citation should be done at the end of the paragraph Paragraph 3- Symptoms/Treatments- in-text citation should be done at the end of the paragraph Paragraph 4- Prevalence in today’s society- in-text citation should be done at the end of the paragraph Paragraph 5- Conclusion 1. Five Paragraphs typed, double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 font. 2. Header have Baselice and page number in the upper right-hand corner of the page. 3. Title centered 4. All paragraphs indented 5. Bibliography on the last page citing all three sources (MLA style) 6. Cite sources within the paper (MLA style) 7. Must have three sources- A Journal (Please use Ebsco- Host), a book/ online encyclopedia, and one online source.
