The first key point would be how police have abused their power/position. The second would be how citizens have viewed/abused law enforcement. Supporting details should cover how the implementation of body worn cameras, as well as cell phone recording, have impacted/detoured the behavior on both sides. How law enforcement has received abuse from citizens and feared being punished/admonished if they had taken action. How law enforcement has knowingly used excessive force. Legal recourse for both actions and how previous events/history have impacted future interactions.
