The Second paper, Paper 2: Research Paper, will continue to build off the student’s work from the bibliography, the Encyclopedia Article, and Research Prospectus. This paper, however, will be an argumentative research paper, meaning students will be expected to make and support an argument about their topic. The research paper should have a well-defined, focused thesis that advances an argument and the body of the paper should be organized and support the thesis. This second paper will be five (5) pages in length, with 1-inch margins, double-spaced, and 12-point font. All citations and bibliography for this assignment must adhere to the citation style of the student’s choosing.
