Annotated Bibliography: For this assignment, you will be completing an annotated bibliography that you could turn into a literature review for a social stratification paper about your topic. You will research what social science has found about your chosen stratification topic, and specifically how it relates to the city/region you chose (if research is available). You will need to have at least 5 academic sources related to your topic (journal articles, book chapters, etc.). If you would like to use a website such as a .gov or Pew Research, please get this approved before you write your bibliography. Google Scholar and Galileo will be useful tools to find your sources. For each source you will include a bibliographical citation, a brief overview of the main points, a brief overview of their research methods, and the findings. All of these will need to be written in your own words and quotes will need to be properly cited. Please see the attached example from Neuman (2012), which is a great overview of a sociological annotated bibliography entry. At minimum 5 pages typed and double-spaced, using 5 academic sources.
