The task
You are required to reflect on and write critically about experiences and ensuing discussions that impacted you during Workshops One and Two. You are to explain the links between these personal experiences and asset management literature, frameworks, theories and examples. As set out in the Marking Rubric you must support your analysis with citations from quality sources such as peer reviewed journals, government and industry publications.
You must analyze at least two separate experiences during Workshop 1, and two experiences during Workshop 2 the Fishbanks simulation must be included. If you do not attend one of the workshops e.g. Workshop 2 you will not be able to reflect upon the insight you experienced and the available marks for the assignment will be reduced by 50%. Likewise, non-attendance of both workshops will result in zero marks and nonattendance of one day of one workshop will result in the available marks being reduced by 25%.
