Concert Report 3 or Listening Project:
If you elect to attend a third concert then this will be the same format as the previous two. See the requirements for Concert Reports 1 and 2.
For this assignment students have the OPTION of either attending and writing up a third concert report, OR perform a similar listening assignment from recordings available online.
For students electing to do the listening assignment:Listen to a complete recording of a major classical work and write a report about it (the same as if you attended a concert.) This report should be no longer than the concert reports (so roughly up to two page – double-spaced.) Some recommended examples are listed below (be sure to include all movements):
