Interviewees were each individually asked the following questions:
“1.Please think of at least two occasions/incidents you observed the positive/negative influences of your supervisor/leader/manager in the past.
2.Would you please describe the situations/contexts as well as what happened?
3. What leader’s behavior did you observe to be either effective or ineffective?
