Succession Management.
In the annotated TOC, each part (1, 2, and 3) should contain a list of plan elements. For each plan element, include the title and a one-paragraph explanation (with credit to sources through citations). Both required and optional plan elements will be included in the TOC. Those required elements of the TOC include: Strategic and workforce planning Gap analysis and needs assessment Identification and assessment of talent pools (internal and/or external) Development of succession strategies Implementation of succession strategies Monitoring and evaluation through HR processes Optional plan elements are unlimited, and you are encouraged to expand and adjust the plan to meet your organizational needs. Your well-written, annotated TOC should also meet the following requirements: 4-8 pages in length, not including title page or reference page; and, Formatted according to the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA (Links to an external site.)
