Assessment Letters.
A request for writing assessment letters to candidates who attend a training. The objective is to prepare individual letters on the outcome of their performance during a simulation. Most of the candidates were assessed ready, which other were ready with development or not ready. Therefore, we will need to use the comments provided by assessors in the letter to explain their strengths, area of improvement and the status of their readiness. Therefore, I will provided supporting documents to guide with this assignment for each individual. I will also provide letters that were created previous for this particular exercise.
