Research and inquiry (20%): learning about current research, developing the appropriate research skills and techniques, undertaking research enquiry, engaging with the research community. Critical reasoning (30%): Ability to demonstrate logical reasoning, synthesis and combination of different viewpoints dealing with complex and conflicting information, and drawing conclusions in the absence of complete data. Communication skills (20%): Ability to effectively communicate knowledge and critical understanding through the use of excellent communication, via all media, resulting in clarity of expression (including conforming to word count and referencing style).
