There are a lot of sources that you could research here, for example the judge’s opinions are an outstanding source, but I do not want to turn this into a dissertation. There are three parts to this assignment; therefore, I should see at least three separate well-written paragraphs of at least 5 sentences each. The parts to this assignment are as follows: 1)A summary of the case using the Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion format, focusing on the 1st amendment issue. 2)A summary of Friedman’s article, concentrating on the idea of corporate personhood. 3)The student’s conclusion/opinion/evaluation of the Citizen’s United case.
