Write a research report on the recent ethical violations of a publicly traded company.
Apply an ethical evaluation of the situation.
For this, include in your paper:
1.
a brief history of the company and what led up to the ethical dilemma
2.
the stakeholders impacted by the violation
3.
the financial impact of the violation
4.
what action could be taken to prevent a repeat of the ethical violation.
5.
include legal and/or accounting irregularities which occurred
6.
the lessons learned as a result of the dilemma
Assignment Specifications:
Create a 4 – 7, single-spaced deliverable (double space between paragraphs). Use headings based on content and goals for your paper. APA format is required for both in text citations and a works cited list. The title page, executive summary and the works cited page, as well as ‘copy and paste’ material, do not count for the page count.
PowerPoint Presentation Instructions:
The Power Point presentation should be at least 8 slides, including one slide for the title page and one slide for the works cited. You should also consider including a short video clip in your presentation (if you have one).
This presentation should include some questions for your classmates to trigger some discussion of the case.
