Supply Chain Management case study.
Based on the “Dell’s Value Chain” Case appearing at the end of the “Supply Chain Management” chapter of the textbook and the references sited at the end of the case or a similar case assigned by the instructor containing a large data set, answer the questions raised in the case study.
In addition to answering these questions, you must identify some of the other SCM initiatives undertaken by Dell and other companies. Your 4 to 6 page paper should present the big picture of Supply Chain Management and the marketing implications of engaging in SCM.
