1. Mission, goals, and objectives, 2. Role of analysis within the department, 3. Staffing, 4. Procedures, 5. Training, and 6. Expected products. – The proposal should be a minimum of 8 pages long. Title page, abstract page, and reference pages are also required. – The proposal should be written in the third person, utilizing Times New Roman 12’ font and APA 6th edition formatting, citations, and references. – 8 peer-reviewed/scholarly references published within the past 5-10 years required.
