BUSI 1191 Introduction to Business Research.
Part 1: Research report (1500 words) (70 marks)
You will be provided with a dataset in SPSS which contains several variables. You will review the respective literature of these variables and develop hypotheses with regard to how personality factors affect performance. You will analyse the dataset using quantitative methods taught in the module. A full research report will be developed out of this dataset. Some useful references will be provided, however you are expected to conduct a review of additional literature, in particular related to the hypotheses you are to test.

Method, Analysis and Results (400 words)
Discussion and Conclusion (including links back to theory/reading) (200 words)
