Thoroughly study the policy and the issues involved with the policy, identifying its relevancy, relation with recovery-oriented perspective, and significance. Using APA guidelines, the Karger/Stoesz policy analysis model, present and analyze the policy.

 

Include your including your recommendations related to the policy issue. The paper (and presentation of the paper) may be done in groups of up to three people.
