The paper is a Leadership Development Action Plan. We are to follow the template and fill it out accordingly to develop an individual leadership plan. Please simply fill out the template with relevant reference to a leadership model that would be suitable. I have included 2 documents: the assesment outline and the Assessment template (the one you must fill out). I have filled out the personal section that asks about my own leadership skills and things i haven learnt… please do not change this but use this knowledge to complete the plan according to make it tailored for me.
