Description Aims of the study : 1. To evaluate the expression of TROP-2 and BRAF V600E in Hashimoto’s and Graves’ diseases by immunohistochemistry and it’s relation to other parameters ( age , sex ) . 2. To evaluate the expression of TROP-2 and BRAF V600E in papillary thyroid carcinoma and to determine the relationship between TROP-2 overexpression and the expression of the mutant BRAF V600E oncoprotein in papillary thyroid carcinoma. 3. To correlate the expression of TROP-2 and BRAF V600E in papillary thyroid carcinoma with clinicopathological parameters ( age , sex , tumor size , presence of tumor capsule , presence of lymph node metastasis )
