Description Here’s the prompt: What is the Matrix? (Not Morpheus’ definition. What is the film?) Need more? Explain the film as an allegory; however, you must use both readings (Platos allegory of the cave and Descartes meditation 1-2). Apply specific ideas and passages from the texts to specific scenes and dialogue in the film. This isn’t just a science fiction film. Show me why.
