Environmental Agents.
This week you will be writing a 2-3 page paper researching a disease/condition that is often associated with exposure to various environmental agents. In addition to the website provided, use an additional 2 or 3 sources to substantiate your research. To select a disease/condition, go to https://www.niehs.nih.gov/health/topics/. Once you have selected a topic, you will then look for research that discusses the environmental agents known to affect this disease/condition. Think about the following for your paper response: •How many people are diagnosed with this disease in the US? •What is known about environmental agents, exposure to these agents, and how they impact the disease/condition? •Is there potential evidence to dispute these claims or is the evidence strong enough to claim an association between environmental agent and disease? Why or why not?
