Important Variables in OB.
Using the document titled “Important Variables in OB,” build a model that contains five variables. Draw boxes for your variables and title them, and then draw arrows to connect the boxes. Make sure to have at least one independent variable, one dependent variable, and either one moderator or mediator variable. Then, in a single page, explain your model, making sure to identify the different types of variables, and why you think the relationships you outlined make sense. NOTE: your model can have multiple independent and dependent variables.
