some LR on the status of validating workflow processes model. I am not sure when you develop a new workflow model if you will need to validate it or not or just align it with the current organization workflow. So i need some review to know what is the status with such business. and if it is needed to validate a work flow processes or a model how is it done. work flow is a generic but mainly I am focusing on health care work flow using health information system particularly when automating this work flow. So please do your best to find me what the current practice in validating workflows/process intended to be used as model for automating the current workflow.
