This is a master thesis with the topic “electric and hybrid vessels – a secret safety risk?”. The research question is “In what way do the crew’s competence requirements and experienced based competence match the experienced safety needs of an electric or hybrid vessel?”. I have written the theory part and conducted several interviews. I’m now in the process of transcribing all the interviews, but I’ve made a short summary of the key findings. I now need assistance to the discussion and result part. This needs to be in relevance to the theory Chapter. Also I would like assistance to improving text written and the paper in general. So the task is to Write the discussion/result and conlusion part. This must be based on the theory, attached interview guide (Attached in the main doc), and the key findings i’ve written down. Further on please have a look and improve the text in general. I have previously used your services on this paper. Some of the theory part is not finished, feel free to ask if you have any questions. I’m working on presenting the interviews in a better way, but hopefully the key findings will give you enough to work with.
