You may use the Case Study “Case Study – Bang On Bikes Team Effectiveness” Scenario 1 to complete this report OR you may use a Business Case from your own workplace, however your trainer should first approve the Business Case to ensure it meets the requirements for this unit
Although the subject of this report is covered in depth in the accompanying Learner Resource, it is expected that a significant level of independent research is conducted by the student. For this assessment you must complete the following written activity.
- Your task is to develop a team performance plan for your work team. You must ensure you:
- Consult team members to establish a common understanding of team purpose, roles, responsibilities
- Include expected outcomes, outputs and performance indicators Then you are to discuss the following:
- How will you support team members to achieve goals?
- What strategies can you use to ensure team members have input into planning, decision making and operational aspects of work team
- What policies and procedures could be developed to ensure team members take responsibility for their own work (please provide 1 policy and procedure that you have developed with your assessment)?
- What feedback method will you use to encourage, value and reward individual and team efforts?
- What processes will you use to address conflict and problems in your team?
- How will you identify problems in your team?
- What you will do to ensure your behaviour acts as a role model for others?

- How you will raise issues and maintain open communication with stakeholders?

- What will you to act as a role model for your team members and enhance the organisation’s image for all stakeholders?
