You should use the lesson presented on bargaining power to analyze each scenario and justify your conclusion, describing how the relevant external inputs and internal inputs have shaped the bargaining relationship of the employer and union.
You may wish to supplement your answer with your knowledge of the general nature of each firm’s industry. However, you should be clear about any assumptions you are making.
