organisation. It may be one that you are already familiar with. Seek feedback and approval from
your Tutor to confirm that the organisation is suitable for this assessment. You should not select
organisation listed in Appendix A (attached at the end of assessment).
TASK 2: (Mapped to LO1)
Your next task is to research this New Zealand business or organisational setting. Your secondary
research should cover:
An introduction of the selected business;
Evaluation of the role HRM plays within the selected organisation;
An investigation of the HRM contribution to the achievement of the selected organisational
business goals and/or objective
