Purpose of this assignment is to do business proposal on Guzman Y Gomez Mexican Restaurant. This organization is trying to expand its business in near future by using franchise model. People coming from Canberra to enjoy exotic items of Guzman; opening franchisee will allow the restaurant to earn more profits. Before adopting franchise model, organization has to search for potential marketers. Marketing mix, STP analysis, Resources, promotional activities, and communication plans should be devised for proper execution of franchisee model (Nguyen et al., 2014).
Rationale
In order to retain the growth of the organization in competitive market of Australia, Guzman cannot able to limit their business in four stores only. Therefore, management has decided to expand their business in new place through franchise model (Chiou & Droge, 2015). This model is the safest of all as risk factor is very limited in this model. Franchisor will earn money and share a lucrative amount of share with main company. This is the sole reasonability of Franchisor to run the business efficiently and owner does not have any risk of not getting profit.
Motivation
Customers are the key stakeholder of the organization and restaurant wants to satisfy their tongue by providing them mouth-watering foods. One of success factor of KFC, McDonald and Pizza Hut is franchise model (Jell-Ojobor & Windsperger, 2014). People from different places of Australia can able to enjoy flavor of Mexican.
This proposal is helping in determining the role of Franchise Model in promoting a business. To sustain in this competitive market, business expansion is necessary; therefore, business expansion has become the buzzing topic of all time. Researcher has decided to conduct research on business expansion topic.

Spreading business is quite necessary for every business; therefore, Guzman is going to use franchise model for this.
