Today, I am going to present a brief introduction about the company I work for, the need for developing a marketing plan for the company and the benefits of developing a proper marketing plan. The main emphasis of developing a marketing plan is to understand in depth about the external market environment and plan every projection to maximise the opportunities, counter threats and obstacles in achieving success for the business.

To sum up the background of the company, Crystal Facility Services caters cleaning and facility maintenance services from the past 5 years successfully upholding its brand identity. It offers multiple services for both commercial and residential cleaning which are deemed to be highly professional and cost effective.
However, to maintain its brand identity and compete in the market designing a customized marketing plan is mandatory.

CFS is a very innovative company which has depicted greater adaptability to the technological advances which reflects in the way it provides advanced services to full fill the increasing demands of clients. Crystal Facility Services Pty Ltd was founded by Amar Kumar in 2012. He first started his journey as a part time employee cleaning residential and commercial buildings of friends and family. Soon his dedication and efforts paid off and the company now has its own recognition in the cleaning market.
The company comprises of 17 staff members each assigned with their own specific roles. Staff defines the company as an organization which provides an opportunity to learn new skills and rewards and recognizes the efforts contributed for growth of the company. The prime strategic objective of the company is to work in unity to achieve a common goal meeting the stake holder’s goals in day to day operations. The values of the company reflect people, community and its staff members as top priority.
The company provides one time, weekly, monthly services to the clients such as- – Commercial cleaning, house cleaning, waste management, emergency response work-flood damage, pest control and maintenance services.

A strategic marketing plan for the total company is preferable which includes analysing various aspects like external environment, target market, needs of customers, sales and profit objectives, financial evaluation, swot analysis to monitor and control every move.
