Instructions:
Decision making is a daily activity for all human beings and business organisations. Rational decision making requires a systematic evaluations, based on facts, opinions and reasonable reasons.
(a) Prepare a report using Microsoft Word document based on the SIX (6) steps in a rational decision making process, as follows:
Step 1: Defining Problems
Step 2: Identifying Decision Criteria
Step 3: Allocating Weight to Each Criterion
Step 4: Generating Alternatives
Step 5: Evaluating Alternatives
Step 6: Selecting the Optimal Decisions
(b) Prepare Power Point slides highlighting the important points from the above report.
Requirement:
Identify and describe a scenario that requires decision making at your work place, and apply the SIX (6) steps in a rational decision making process on the identified scenario.
Original work is highly appreciated, as grading is based on the originality of your work.
Submission procedures:
Submit the cover page of your Task 1 containing your personal details, together with your completed file in Microsoft Word document and Microsoft Power Point slides, together with the PDF format file of both the Word document and Power Point slides via myINSPIRE.

Arahan:
Pembuatan keputusan merupakan suatu aktiviti harian bagi semua manusia dan organisasi perniagaan. Pembuatan keputusan yang rasional memerlukan suatu penilaian yang sistematik, berdasarkan fakta, pendapat dan sebab yang munasabah.
(a) Sediakan satu laporan menggunakan dokumen Microsoft Word berdasarkan ENAM (6) langkah dalam proses pembuatan keputusan yang rasional, seperti berikut:

Langkah 2: Mengenal Pasti Kriteria Pembuatan Keputusan
