Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this assessment, students will be able to:

• Clearly define and articulate a business model and its importance towards an organisations success.

• Clearly identify and articulate the core components of an organisations business model

• Evaluate the status of an existing business model in light of surrounding market conditions

1. Demonstration of grasp of theoretical concepts/frameworks (The BMC) to provide thorough overview of business model activities

2. Insightfulness of case study and consideration of comprehensive variety and depth of business activities

3. SWOT created is considered and represents nuanced analysis and evaluation of all aspects of the business model

4. Substantive effort in performing research, adequate use of broad secondary source engagement

5. Formatting requirements, professionalism in language and presentation, structured dialogue
