Analyse 4 NZ productions through the semester, of which at least one must be by a M?ori producer, and one must be audio (radio or podcast). You must be able to analyse and identify audio/visual techniques, storytelling structures, thematic content, and draw on at least one reading from the course in your analysis (a different reading for each analysis – choose what is relevant to the subject). Note: the focus here should be on what the programme / radio / podcast / video etc looks and/or sounds like, and how and why that is. Draw on other reading to develop an analysis of the elements you identify here, and we also like it to be placed in context of any of the analytical frames we have discussed: economic, political, technical, and social.
