Consider industrial branch of the construction industry. Using the components of forces in
organizational environment especially the “Task Environment” (as shown in the picture below), and write a
two-page report to cover the followings:
1- Industry introduction (half of a page)
2- Task Environment Forces (1.5 page – Include the application of each force and common industry
examples as described below)
Suppliers – provide a list of common industry suppliers (minimum five, located in Canada).
Distributers – provide a list of common industry distributors (minimum five, located in Canada)
