one which serves customers through intangible offerings and are not
involved in manufacturing.
Create a business plan around it. For part one of your plan, the following
topics must be included:

(b) Business details – what does it do?
(c) Value Proposition of the new venture
(d) Competitor Analysis
(e) Customer segments and targets
(f) Hypothesis and business objectives
