This task will deal with the planning and preparation

1. Lookat the assignments you have accepted, and choose ANY TWO (they can be the same assignments you allocated to your diary) which you think would require the most planning.

Once you have chosen these two assignments you will need to write how you would plan and prepare for this assignment by taking into account any of the challenges which you might face during that particular job. This might involve, among other things:

a) Interpreting

b) Translating

1. i) Look at your diary to see how busy you will be before the deadline for this assignment andwhen you will allocate time to do it.
2. ii) Do you need to assign extra time to research thisassignment?

• iii) Willyouneed to communicate with another translator (e.g .if someone needs to help you complete/revise your translation)

1. iv) Do you need to produce an electronic copy and an original hard copy? (is your printer working, does it need to be in colour, do you need to allow time for delivery by post, will you need special stamps/postagearrangements)
