This assignment will require you to choose your group members to form a Risk Management
Consultancy. From the list of the top 10 IT disaster, your group will choose one to study the risk
impact on the selected project and to develop a Risk Management Plan for the project. Your
group will use the systems approach to Project Risk Management to identify, analyses and
develop mitigating responses. In keeping with good practice, your group will focus on the
Standards ISO 31000: 2009 and Due Diligence as legislated in the Work Health and Safety Act
2012. Management of the group dynamics is a part of this assignment, and it is a training
exercise in teamwork – everybody has opinions and are entitled to it, however the harnessing of
these makes for a good report- diversity which encourages opportunity
