You are required to submit a report of 1500 words via Turnitin on MyUniHub in the folder “Resit – Hendon Business Report September”, by the deadline of August 23rd, 17:00 UK time. Further details regarding the business report are available in the module handbook on pages 11-13. You must answer ONE of the following questions: A. Outline Google’s organisational structure and provide an explanation of why the organisation is structured in this way. OR B. Outline how Toyota manufactures automobiles and indicate how they have applied the principles of ‘Scientific Management’ to this process. The report needs to be based on theoretical evidence and answer one of the above questions directly. If you fail to answer the question in your report, you will fail the entire report even though your report might have touched upon the subject (follow the Marking Criteria in module handbook). Deviation from word limit (1,500 words) is accepted at level of +/-10%, and you should use font Times New Roman/Arial, size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified alignment. Avoid plagiarism and assure that originality report on the Turnitin software is at 30% maximum. If not, return to your work and correct (paraphrase and proper referencing) the highlighted sections. Reference your work accurately by including in-text citations in the body of your report, and references at the end. Include a minimum of 10 sources (5 academic & 5 non-academic). All analysis and discussions of the management concepts and theories must be supported by evidence from academic sources ONLY. Any non-academic sources must be of high quality and credibility
