Assessment Details Your task is to review the website of an organisation and its other associated documents such as annual report, media release, newspaper articles etc. to identify an organisational problem faced by this organisation which is adversely impacting its Business Performance
Using relevant literature such as journal articles, industry and government reports, you are to identify the likely causes of this problem in order to develop a set of justifie recommendation(s) for the management of the organisation to minimise the business impacts caused by the identified problem. 2. Guidelines on preparing your individual report: The following template should be used to prepare your individual business report: 1. Title page 2. Table of contents 3. Executive Summary: This should be written in the past tense so as to provide the reader with a quick snapshot of the entire report, highlighting the key purpose of the report, the methods employed to generate findings and key recommendations. 4. Introduction: This should describe the chosen organisation and the identified organisational problem. 5. Findings and discussion: Drawing from relevant literature you are required to identify and analyse potential causes of the underlying problem. You may use literature from any reliable sources, such as academic journal articles, industry and government reports. 6. Conclusion and Recommendations: Based on your findings, a set of final recommendations are to be provided for the management of your preferred organisation to minimise the effects caused by the identified problem. Your recommendations need to be justified in terms of the extant literature and information from the organisation. 8. Referencing: Include a correctly constructed reference list following the APA referencing style for all the resources you have cited in this project (at least 8 references should be used, of which 4 sources should be from peer-reviewed academic journals).
