Your analysis should include information about your learning and teaching context and diverse perspectives on your learners, your context or setting and the larger community. Planning Articulate your plan for a cycle of continuous improvement related to your problem, issue or idea for enhancing learning and teaching. Implementing Explain how you will practically implement your plan for a cycle of continuous improvement in your professional practice. Discuss resources you will need to support your effort. Evaluating: How will you know if you have been successful? Provide potential measures you will use to evaluate the success of your plan and your efforts for continuous improvement. Include questions you will ask yourself and your colleagues in support of continuous improvement both individually and within your context or setting. Part 1 of this Project should be approximately 3,000 words in length. Part 2 – Reflection Reflect on how your experiences developing a plan for a cycle of continuous improvement related to your problem, issue or idea for enhancing learning and teaching may impact your professional practice. Explain how you might use a similar process to plan for continuous improvement in other areas of your professional practice as well as to work with colleagues to continually increase your organisational capacity. Part 2 of this Project should be approximately 500 words in length.
