You are only expected to gather and organize the relevant information from your investigation using the video interviews and documents provided; you are NOT expected to analyse the information, present the options or make a recommendation. Submit your completed Outline to the Submission Folder by the date indicated on the Instructional Plan. Scenario Kelly Book, Dean of the Communications Department at Conestoga College, has indicated that she has an issue with a textbook for one of the Communication courses. She doesn’t have any of the details that she needs to make a decision. She has asked you to investigate the issue and collect the information so that she has all the relevant information to decide what to do.
