Then, write a paper that examines and discusses the reengineering of organizational processes and explains how participants in the change process will influence the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. Illustrate how to measure success and determine the organizational performance metrics used with managers and employees to demonstrate the impact of change initiatives. Conclude by commenting on three of the most significant observations or new learnings you have gained by serving as a consultant to your organization with respect to the reengineering you have suggested to senior leadership.
