Strategy, product, downsizing and expanding market

In a small group (3-4 students) think about an organisation you all know is facing a significant challenge in terms of a change, e.g. in strategy, product, downsizing, expanding market, etc.
Using the literature listed in the resources section above, especially Bryson (2004), try to identify the key stakeholders and map them in terms of power and interest in the issue.
