The aim of Assignment 1 is to review a number of sources relating to a topic area of your
choice.
You are asked to read and review three (3) published sources that are related to one of the following topic areas. A minimum amount of reading is two books (or thesis) and one published article or substantial chapter from another book (or thesis). These sources can be general in nature and do not necessarily need to discuss Sydney or Sydney buildings. There is a list of suggested sources to choose from on pages 3-5 of this handout. If you would like to review a source that is not listed, check this with the course convenor by making an appointment or in discussion at the end of class.
The assessment criteria used for this assignment will be:
Evidence of full reading of text/s
Clarity of overview
Sharpness of salient points
