This research aims to explore and analyze the perceptions of adolescents, specifically Form Three students, regarding nursing as a potential career choice in selected senior secondary schools in Buea. Additionally, the research aims to identify potential strategies to encourage more adolescents to consider nursing as a viable and rewarding career option.
