This research aims to explore and analyze the perceptions of adolescents, specifically Form Three students, regarding nursing as a potential career choice in selected senior secondary schools in Buea. The study investigates the factors influencing adolescent’s Perception Towards Nursing, and the role of societal stereotypes in shaping their views. Additionally, the research aims to identify potential strategies to encourage more adolescents to consider nursing as a viable and rewarding career option.
