Watch people using Non Participant Observation technique, in order to find out people’s needs and fulfil them from the innovation perspective. In order to go through the methodology, first you will need to choose one of the following spaces, where you will focus your observation in the user interaction with machines(e.g train stations ticket machine)products, services and other people. Follow the steps that the users are doing. Describe them one by one. 5. Highlight any unexpected action. Explain them. After: 6. Track this unexpected actions and group people by similarities. Write a definition of the problems during the user experience. 9. Understand the needs. Write the description.
