-Consult recent research publications (journals and books) to explore support of this definition and discuss your conclusions as a result of this research.
-Select one well known large airline and critically analyze the fleet selection process of that airline to illustrate the definition nominated by Clark in keeping with that airline’s markets, corporate long-term business model, and customer expectations.
